Right of withdrawal

You can return most of the new unopened items within 14 days from delivery for a full refund. The cost of return shipping and any re-shipment will always be charged to the customer, excluding the case in which the product had to present manufacturing defects or incorrectly had been sent a wrong product.

The refund can be made within 10 days of receipt of the product, even if normally the reimbursement will take place in shorter times.
