Right of withdrawal

WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM guarantees the right of withdrawal as determined by D.lgs.n. 206 of 6 September 2005 with the subject "Consumer Code pursuant to article 7 of the law July 29, 2003 n. 229", as amended by Decree. of 21 February 2014, n. 21 Article 1 and in European Directive 2011/83/EU of 10/25/2011 (and relative updates).

If for any reason the CONSUMER was not satisfied with an order, the unused items can be returned for exchange with the same items for size, color or reimbursement without penalty, but specifying the reason, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To request a return authorization, the CONSUMER must a e-mail request to resi@tadoliniabbigliamento.com. The codes of the items to wish to returned and the desired compensation must be specified in the e-mail: size change or refund. Upon receipt of the request made, WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM will sent to CONSUMER a confirmation e-mail containing REFUND CODE AUTHORIZATION.

Pack the items securely in the box you received the product (s) from the seller. If that's not possible, use a neutral, sturdy box to make sure the items arrive undamaged. If the items are damaged, we will not be able to accept your return.

WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM declines all responsibility for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

The CONSUMER can choose two types of compensation:

1) Change goods

2) Repayment

No compensation will be made other than those mentioned above.

1) Change goods

It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available.

It is no possible to change the cape with a different item.

2) Repayment

Refunds will be processed as soon as completed operations: receipt, acceptance of TERMS AND CONDITIONS and verification of goods refund.
For orders paid by credit card will be refunded the amount available to CONSUMERS in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next bank credit card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of credit card used.
For orders paid by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account, in times dependent on banking circuits used. For orders paid by "Cash on delivery" the amount will be returned to bank or postal account provided by the CONSUMER, in times dependent on banking circuits used.

The return shipment must take place no later than 14 days after receipt of order.




  • The clothes must not have worn,washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
  • The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
  • Every item must be returned with all labels, packaging and accessories (CRUTCHES, LOGOED BAGS,...) received with the order.
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered in effect an integral part of the product itself and it must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel (Bikini, briefs, boxers, etc.) should be tried on over underwear. The returns of these items will be immediately refused and returned to the customer if the protective hygienic label is removed, or if the clothes show signs of use.


  • The return must take place in a single solution, after approval / acceptance by the seller and the courier indicated by our CUSTOMER SERVICE. The CONSUMER will receive an e-mail that will start the return process and that will indicate the start of the procedure. The mail must be compulsorily printed and included inside the package.
  • Shipping costs for the return or change of the goods are always at CONSUMER's charge.
  • The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund that TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM perform and will be billed to the CONSUMER.
  • The goods must be delivered to the chosen carriers (some examples UPS, DHL) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer received the e-mail of acceptance of the return and communicated the tracking number of the shipment to the seller.
  • WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM has the right to not accept the return of products which do not conform to the characteristics and requirements listed above or in case you have not been followed the TERMS AND CONDITIONS stated above.


In the event that the CONSUMER receives defective goods or wrong errors in shipments by WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM, is required to follow in any case, the above instructions. WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before allowing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at his premises. In the event that the CONSUMER actually receives a damaged/defective product, the costs of return of the goods will be borne by WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM only if you will use a courier selected by us.

In all cases, WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all terms and conditions provided by the return policy. In such cases the goods will be returned at your expense CONSUMER and possible charges to the shipping original.

In the event that the right of withdrawal had been exercised in accordance with the
TERMS AND CONDITIONS mentioned above and in accordance with the regulations in force (Legislative Decree no. No. 206 of 6 September 2005), WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM will refund the amounts paid by the CONSUMER. The refund will be made, as quickly as possible and in any event within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM it became aware of the RECESS by the CONSUMER.
