Shipping terms

The shipment of goods ordered on the website WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM is carried out:

- In Italy (Italy)

- In the European Community (CE) countries


When placing an order, we will evaluate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and shipping options you have chosen. Normally shipping times may vary from 3 to 5 working days for Italy and from 3 to 7 working days for European Community countries. Depending on the shipping method chosen, additional information and estimates of shipping dates can be viewed on the shipping page during the order process.

Right of withdrawal

You can return most of the new unopened items within 14 days from delivery for a full refund. The cost of return shipping and any re-shipment will always be charged to the customer, excluding the case in which the product had to present manufacturing defects or incorrectly had been sent a wrong product.

The refund can be made within 10 days of receipt of the product, even if normally the reimbursement will take place in shorter times. This period of time includes the transit time to receive the return from the courier (from 2 to 5 working days), the time needed to process the return once received (from 1 to 2 working days) and the time necessary for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).

To return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete orders" link in the "My account" menu and click on the "Product return" button. WWW.TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM will send an e-mail notification of the refund once received and processed the returned item.
