The price indicated in the order form for the purchase of products and related delivery costs will be charged once completed the order, except for bank transfer.

In case of payment by Bank Transfer in advance, there is no surcharge, but the goods will be shipped only once we have ascertained that the amount due has been actually credited to our current account. The payment transfer must be made after receipt of the email that communicates the data for payment to the CONSUMER at the time of the order, within 3 days of receipt of the same (otherwise we will have to cancel the order). After making the payment, the CONSUMER can send the bill (receipt or proof of transaction) of the same by email to confirm the "stop" of the product. The transfer must have the exact amount of the order. In any case, the order will not be processed until the receipt of the transfer by our administration is certified. The order will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment by TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM. Accepted orders will be shipped and delivered by courier chosen by TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM and the courier used to deliver the goods will NOT accept checks, bills or any other method of payment different from currency cash; furthermore, in the event that the CONSUMER does not want to accept the goods ordered on Cash on Delivery (COD), TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM reserves the right to charge additional costs of storage to the CONSUMER and take legal action due to non-compliance of this CONTRACT' S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment, by 12.00 the same day or the next business day, Monday through Friday.

We do not ship on Saturdays and Public Holidays.

For Italy shipping times vary depending on the destination zones, typically:
 

•    3/4 working days for Italy, by SDA, GL, UPS, DHL courier;
•    5/6 working days for islands in Italy, by SDA, GLS, UPS, DHL courier;

SHIPPING IN ITALY IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 90 EURO(€).
The cost of shipping in Italy for orders less than 90 euro is 9 euro, which will be added to the order before proceeding to payment.

For EU Countries shipping times vary depending on the destination zones, typically:
 

•    6 or more working days by UPS, DHL courier;

SHIPPING IN EU COUNTRIES IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 150 EURO(€).
The cost of shipping in EU Countries for orders less than 150 euro is 15 euro, which will be added to the order before proceeding to payment.
 

For Rest of the World Countries shipping times vary depending on the destination zones, typically:
 

•    7 or more working days by UPS, DHL courier;

SHIPPING IN REST OF THE WORLD COUNTRIES HAS FIXED RATE (NOT DEFINED)

Any delay for bad weather, natural disasters or global pandemics are not attributable to TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


The CONSUMER has the right to terminate the purchase contract signed with TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date you received the goods purchased on the site TADOLINIABBIGLIAMENTO.COM.
Please CONSUMER to refer section "RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL" to know all the details of the procedures, terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
